ETSİZ MONDAY
High fat meats with saturated fat content give you a feeling of weight and fatigue. By removing the meat from your diet for only one day a week, ensure that your digestive tract has a good start to the week and that your body is filled with energy. Choose high fiber foods that will help your body work out of the meat instead.

INTEGRATED VEGETARIAN BURGER
Delicious black bean burgers will satisfy even the most stubborn meatballs. Add a fresh difference in this classic bowl and add fresh avocado with a little salsa into it.
MATERIALS
* 1 can of canned black beans
* 1 cup baked brown rice
* 3 torn garlic
* 1 piece of onion
* Quarter cup fresh, chopped coriander
* 2 eggs white
* 1 teaspoon powdered pepper
* Salt and black pepper
PREPARATION OF
Use a fork to crush the half of the beans. Do not crush the other half. Mix all remaining materials. Bake in a 190 degree oven for 25 minutes or fry in a pan with little olive oil. Be careful when turning the corners, they can quickly disperse. Bake each side for 4-5 minutes in a medium heat.
